Capture is a new category of power company, built for this world: flex-backed by design, AI-native from day one, vertically integrated end to end. We're building CaptureOS, the operating system for real-time coordination of millions of distributed assets including batteries, EV chargers, heat pumps and data centres.
The technical problem sits at the intersection of volatile markets, physical networks, low-latency control, messy hardware interfaces, and complex data models. It's software that touches the physical world every day.
The team comes from Kraken, Octopus, Fuse, EDF R&D and McKinsey. We grew CaptureAI 70% month-over-month, took CaptureOS from build to certification in record speed, and launch our own electricity tariffs in July 2026.

You'll work side by side with Rebecca, our Trading & Optimisation Lead, building the systems that trade Capture's batteries and other steerable assets on GB power markets.
